Cell line authentication using Promega GenePrint10 system has revealed that the cells used in the article are HEC-1B endometrial carcinoma cells, not MCF-7 breast cancer cells. Therefore, while the results remain valid for cancer biology in general, they are valid for endometrial cancer in particular. The proper title should read: “Glycodelin reduces endometrial cancer xenograft growth in vivo”. The corresponding author (Hannu Koistinen) takes all the responsibility for this mistake.
