ChemInform Abstract

The solid-phase reaction (1-x)Sb2O3 + xNa2CO3 (0<x<1) at 900 K provides phases of changable composition having a pyrochlore-type structure (0.2≤x≤0.45), an ilmenite-type structure (0.5≤x≤0.7), and sodium orthoantimonate at x=0.75.
