ChemInform Abstract

Four (4 + 2)- and (5 + 2)-cycloadducts (I) - (IV) of trans-ozic acid and a diterpene or norditerpene quinone are isolated from the leaves of Taiwania cryptomerioides. The cycloadduct (IV) forms an intramolecular (2 + 2)-cycloadduct on standing at room temperature.
