ChemInform Abstract

In the course of works on phosphanyldihydrooxazoles as ligands for enantioselective catalysts, the t-butyl derivative shown possesses the highest activity and gives enantiomeric excesses of up to 99% in the Heck reaction. In comparison with Pd(BINAP)-catalyzed reactions, no isomerization of the products by C=C bond migration is observed.
