With a view to testing their interesting pharmacological properties different kinds of the title heterocycles such as (III)-(V), (VIII) and (X) are synthesized. None of the obtained compounds shows significant TXA2 inhibitory activity. Among a lot of synthesized derivatives of (X), compound (X) is the most potent anti-asthmatic derivative with effects superior to those of theophylline.
