ChemInform Abstract
The synthesis of the title compounds (IX), (XV) and (XIX) is described. The key steps are the palladium catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of the stannane (VII), the cuprate mediated coupling of the bromide (XIII) and the zirconium promoted methylenation of the ketone (XVII).
