Abstract

Eleven diaminoalkanes such as (I) are coupled with the salicylate (II) to produce the title compounds (III).

Eleven diaminoalkanes such as (I) are coupled with the salicylate (II) to produce the title compounds (III). The analgesic, antiexudative, and antiinflammatory activity of the derivatives depends on the length of the bridging chain.
