Abstract

A set of 143 acrylates drawn from the TSCA inventory and found via a CAS ONLINE search is investigated for structurally defined clusters of compounds to simplify sampling for future toxicity screening.

ChemInform Abstract

A set of 143 acrylates drawn from the TSCA inventory and found via a CAS ONLINE search is investigated for structurally defined clusters of compounds to simplify sampling for future toxicity screening. Once samples selected on the basis of these clusters have passed through bioassays, it may be possible to present a structure-bioactivity relationship study to predict the toxicity of other compounds.
