The title complex (IV) (yield in g) crystallizes in P21/c with Z=2.

The title complex (IV) (yield in g) crystallizes in P21/c with Z=2. For the monodentate amide anions the bond lengths suggest that two resonance structures are important, although that one shown in the scheme predominates.
