ChemInform Abstract

is determined and correlated with the non-stoichiometry of the different samples and electrical conductivity measurements. The structural properties of the catalysts are investigated employing DTA and IR techniques. The result shows that Al3+ is responsible for lowering the change carrier concentration (positive holes) which affects the capability of the catalyst's surface to adsorb oxygen. The surface adsorbed oxygen (as O2- or O2-) plays a decisive role in the H2O2 decomposition reaction (proposition of a three-step mechanism).
