Abstract
The title ligand (III), prepared by the interaction of the hydrazino derivative (I) with acetylacetone (II), reacts with corresponding metal salts to yield the complexes (V) (no yields given).

The title ligand (III), prepared by the interaction of the hydrazino derivative (I) with acetylacetone (II), reacts with corresponding metal salts to yield the complexes (V) (no yields given). The electronic spectra for the complexes (Va) and (Vb) as well as the magnetic properties, Moessbauer spectra, and solution properties for all Fe complexes are discussed.
