Abstract

Reaction of the aminothiophenecarboxylates (I) with the isothiocyanate (II) yields the thioureas (III) which are cyclized under acidic conditions, forming the thienothiazines (IV).

Reaction of the aminothiophenecarboxylates (I) with the isothiocyanate (II) yields the thioureas (III) which are cyclized under acidic conditions, forming the thienothiazines (IV). Their antiallergic activity is determined.
