Abstract

The kinetics of the hydrolysis of the title compound (I), forming the chlorobutenol (II), are investigated in a heterogeneous system.

The kinetics of the hydrolysis of the title compound (I), forming the chlorobutenol (II), are investigated in a heterogeneous system. The reaction rate of the cis-isomer is 1.5 - 2 times higher than that of the trans-isomer.
