The Hydrolytic Behaviour of Some Pentadentate Schiff-base Type Macrocycles. .- The protonation constants of the pentadentate macrocycles (I) are determined by potentiometric titration in aqueous solution, and are discussed with respect to the hydrolytic behaviour of these Systems in alkaline solution.
