Abstract

The redox behavior of the title compound is investigated by cyclic voltammetry and pulse voltammetry at a platinum or a mercury-coated platinum electrode.

ChemInform Abstract

The redox behavior of the title compound is investigated by cyclic voltammetry and pulse voltammetry at a platinum or a mercury-coated platinum electrode. The oxidation is irreversible and no cation radical is detected. The reduction is a rapid reversible one-electron process giving an anion radical whose ESR spectru/m is shown (M0 considerations).
