The desired Compounds (VI) (no yields given for the last step) are synthesized as described in the scheme. The behavior of their stable Complexes with 99′"Tc are examined in animals. The tests show that these Complexes are mainly deposited in bone, the complex of (VIa) being the most favourable one for scintigraphic studies.
