Abstract
Die S-Nitro-methoxypyrimidine (I) reagie- ren mit Malononitril (II) in Methanol in Gegenwart von Kaliumhydroxid unter Substitution eines Methoxyrestes zu den Kaliumsalzen (III) und (IV).

Die S-Nitro-methoxypyrimidine (I) reagie- ren mit Malononitril (II) in Methanol in Gegenwart von Kaliumhydroxid unter Substitution eines Methoxyrestes zu den Kaliumsalzen (III) und (IV). Mit Schwefelsäure entstehen aus den Salzen die Dihydropyrimidine (V) und (VI).
