Figure S2 Additional pathological findings of OHGESS. (a) Macroscopic view of the right ovarian tumor showing marked enlargement of the right ovary. On cross-section, the tumor was composed of milky-whitish, solid areas and focally cystic areas with necrosis or degeneration. These areas corresponded well to the MRI findings. (b) Tumor cells were positive for c-kit on IHC. (c) Tumor cells were positive for CD34 on IHC. (d) FISH of NUTM2B split signals. NUTM2B split signals with one isolated green (arrow head) and two fused yellow (arrow) signals. This signal pattern suggested an imbalanced chromosomal translocation of the NUTM2B gene. |
