Abstract

Monoclonal cryoglobulinemia is a relatively uncommon disorder that may involve the skin at the time of presentation. We present here a case in which the histological observation of eosinophilic crystals within dermal blood vessels provided the initial diagnostic clue to making the final diagnosis.
