Abstract

We have performed intensity correlation measurements on the light emitted from a semiconductor microcavity, resonantly pumped by two pump beams having opposite planar wave vector. Our measurements show evidence of a scattering process in which one polariton is annihilated from each of the pump modes, and a correlated pair of polaritons in two other modes is created.
