Calculation of Phonon Dispersion Curves for AlP, AlAs, and AlSb

Abstract
enThe lattice dynamics of AlP, AlAs, and AlSb is investigated using the recently proposed binding force and the local Heine-Abarenkov model potential. The theoretical results of the phonon dispersion curves and the dynamical elastic constants are presented although no experimental information is given on the band calculation, neutron scattering data, and ultrasonic velocity of AlP and AlAs.

deDie Gitterdynamik für AlP, AlAs und AlSb wird mit den kürzlich vorgeschlagenen Bindungskräften und dem lokalen Heine-Abarenkov-Modellpotential untersucht. Die theoretischen Ergebnisse der Phonondispersionskurven und der dynamischen Elastizitätskonstanten werden angegeben, obwohl keine experimentellen Informationen der Bandberechnung, der Neutronenstreuung und der Ultraschallgeschwindigkeit für AlP und AlAs vorliegen.
