Abstract

en

The experimentally received tunneling spectra with multiple gap-like conductance peaks frequently measured on YBa2Cu3Ox/Pb tunnel contacts, are discussed in the frame of two models: 1. parallel connection of NIS type tunnel junctions and 2. the intergranular tunneling between weakly connected YBa2Cu3Ox grains containing multiple phases in the tunneling region. It is shown that both models are capable to explain the observed main gap-like features.
