Abstract

en

Diffraction of electromagnetic waves (EMW) by the space charge waves (SCW) induced in metal-in-sulator-semiconductor microstuctures with periodic field electrodes is considered. Also the EMW diffraction by SCW is considered in the “quantum limit” when the distance between the electrodes is less or equal to the electron free path.
