Formation enthalpies of a single vacancy in a one-dimensional sublattice of Me ions in β-vanadium oxide bronzes MexV2O5 (Me = Li, Cu, Na, Ag, K) are obtained using the PA method. These values are in the range of 0.55 to 0.67 eV and depend on the ionic radius of Me. The formation enthalpies are compared with the activation energies of Me ion diffusion measured by means of the galvanostatic pulse technique.

Vakanzbildungsenergien für die eindimensionalen Gitter der Me-Donatoratome in β-Vanadium-oxidbronzen, MexV2O5 (Me = Li, Cu, Na, Ag, K) werden aus Positronenannihilationsmessungen bestimmt. Diese Energien licgen zwischen 0,55 und 0,67 eV und hüngen vom Me-Ionenradius ab. Die Vakanzbildungcenergien werden mit den aus der galvanostatischen Impulstechnik bestimmten Diffu-sionsaktivierungsenergien für Me-Ionen verglichen.
