Abstract

In this contribution we present a finite deformation material model for SMA which includes the effect of pseudoelasticity. The model's structure is similiar to a Frederick-Armstrong type hardening model for elastoplasticity. A special algorithm has been developed to incorporate the concept into a FE code.
