Timothy L. Ross is a professor of accounting at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio, and director of the BG Productivity and Gainsharing Institute, which is affiliated with the university. Dr. Ross's primary research and consulting interests are in the areas of productivity management and gainsharing in both private-and public-sector organizations. He is coauthor of The Scanlon WUJ to Improved Productivity: A Practical Guide (Wiley, 1982) and Productivity Gainsharing (Prentice-Hall, 1983)
