Abstract

In this work, a new property for the generalized scattering matrix of microwave networks is derived and numerically verified. Apart from its theoretical significance, this property can be very useful for rapid verification of numerical methods such as Mode Matching among others. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
