Abstract

The binding properties of 72 monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) submitted to the Third International IASLC Workshop on Lung Tumor and Differentiation Antigens to Neural Cell Adhesion Molecule (NCAM) were evaluated using the BIAcore analytical system and classical immunoassay techniques: MAbs ITK2, rnl-1, MB-2, SEN36 and 735 were found to bind to the extracellular part of NCAM.
