The performance of isothermal plug-flow reactors under feed concentration forcing is analysed for improvement in average yield of product B for a homogeneous autocatalytic reaction, A →k1 A₁ →k2 A_, →k3 B, where A₁ or A₂ has an activity influence on the reaction rate constant k₁. The performance of the periodically forced reactor with the autocatalytic reaction is compared with that of the corresponding uncatalysed reaction.

La performance de réacteurs isothermes à écoulement piston avec une concentration forcée dans l'alimentation est anasée das le buid'améliorer le rendement moyen du produit B pour une réaction autocatalytique homogéne, A →k1 A₁→k2 A₂ →k3 B, où soit A₁ soit A₂ a une activité qui influe sur la constante de vitesse de réaction k₁. La performance du réacteur forcé périodiquement avec la réaction autocatalytique est comparée à celle de la réaction non catalysée correspondante.
