ChemInform Abstract

Structurally uniform single crystalline Ga2O3 nanoribbons and nanosheets are prepared by evaporation of GaN at 1100 °C in the presence of O2. The nanoribbons and -sheets have the monoclinic β-Ga2O3 structure (space group C2/m) and are free of dislocations.
