ChemInform Abstract

A number of heterocyclic substituted derivatives [cf. (III), (V)] of antipsoriatic anthralin are synthesized and evaluated for their biological activity. Indole analogue (IIIa) shows potent antiproliferative activity combined with the ability to induce keratinocyte differentiation.
