ChemInform Abstract
The use of crotylsilane (II) in the Lewis acid catalyzed three-component reaction with aldehydes and carbamates gives generally homoallylamines with good syn selectivity under the optimized conditions A). The products can be transformed into pyrrolidines and piperidines.
