ChemInform Abstract

The kinetic resolution of readily prepared ester (V) is best achieved with immobilized lipase Lipozyme®. At low conversion value, acid (VI) is isolated with 84% e.e., whereas at high conversion value the resolved ester (V) is isolated with 98% e.e.
