Title compound (III) crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnma with Z = 4. The selenito group acts as bidentate ligand forming two oxygen bridges to the octahedral CoIII center. Hydrogen bonds between [Co(SeO3)(NH3)4]NO3 and the water molecules result in a three-dimensional network.
