ChemInform Abstract

Novel title compounds of type (III) and (VI) are prepared and tested for their hypoxic—cytotoxic activity. The most potent piperazine derivative is found to be compound (III) whereas aniline derivative (VII) whose preparation has been described previously is found to be more potent than piperazines.
