ChemInform Abstract

Tetraazaanthracene-linked asymmetrically substituted bisporphyrins are prepared by condensation of a porphyrin-α-dione with benzene-1,2,4,5-tetramine and subsequent condensation of the resulting porphyrin diaminoquinoxaline with a second, different porphyrin-α-dione.
