ChemInform Abstract
Nanocrystalline FeAs, CoAs, and NiAs are prepared by keeping the mixture of FeCl3, CoCl2, or NiCl2 with arsenic and KBH4 in ethylenediamine at 100 °C for 24 h, respectively. Powder XRD analysis and TEM images confirm the orthorhombic crystal structure for FeAs and CoAs and the hexagonal one for NiAs.
