ChemInform Abstract

Preliminary biological evaluation of the title compounds reveals promising (IVa, Va, VII) and high (VI) in vitro cytotoxic activities against L1210 leukemic cell line. Compounds (VI) and (VII) are prepared from (IV) and (V) by established procedures.
