ChemInform Abstract

A series of new dialkylamino-substituted benzopyran and naphthopyran derivatives (cf. (V), (VII), (X)) are synthesized and tested for their platelet antiaggregating activity in vitro. Compound (VIIb), which appears to be the most active of all the compounds tested, exceed even the reference compounds (e.g. ASA, propranolol, dipyridamole) in activity towards all the platelet aggregation inducers used.
