ChemInform Abstract

The rigid and hemispherical topologically interesting azatriquinane (V) is synthesized. One important step in this approach is the final cyclization to (IV). The two other title compounds (VII) and (VIII) are obtained starting from (V). The structure of (VII) is determined by X-ray analysis.
