ChemInform Abstract

The title compounds (Va) and (Vb) are obtained from (IV) or its corresponding structural isomer, resp., and are characterized by NMR spectroscopy. The similarly in situ formed bicyclopropenyl (XIV) can only be isolated as polymer. It is prepared in situ from (VI) via (X) and trapped by Diels-Alder reaction with cyclopentadiene.
