ChemInform Abstract
The title compound (III), already reported in a preliminary paper, is prepared in situ and is stable in THF below -20 °C under argon or nitrogen. A suspension of (III) is used directly in the reactions shown in the scheme and enables convenient preparations of diarylpyrroles of type (VII) and primary allylamines (cf. (XIV), (XV) and (XVII)).
