ChemInform Abstract

Heating mixtures of titanium hydroxide sol with Ca(OH)2 or CaCO3 at 700-800 °C gives CaTiO3 having perovskite structure. Additions of small amounts of Fe2O3 (0.01%) furnish a perovskite of rosy color.
