Abstract
The title compounds (IV) and (VI), synthesized as shown in the reaction scheme, are screened for their antibacterial activity.

The title compounds (IV) and (VI), synthesized as shown in the reaction scheme, are screened for their antibacterial activity. Especially compound (IVb) has good activity against A. niger, P. citrinum, and B. subtilis.
