Abstract

The homoleptic title complex (III) is prepared according to the scheme.

ChemInform Abstract

The homoleptic title complex (III) is prepared according to the scheme. Its structure (space group P63/m, Z = 6) is determined by X-ray analysis at 80 °C. 1H NMR experiments confirm that (III) undergoes reversible alkoxide β-hydrogen elimination producing the metal hydride cluster (IV) and acetone (V).
