Abstract
Coupling of 4-hydroxy-6-methoxy-2-methylquinoline (I) with cyanuric chloride (II) produces the dichlorotriazine derivative (III) which is further substituted with phenylurea (IV) to yield the compound (V).

Coupling of 4-hydroxy-6-methoxy-2-methylquinoline (I) with cyanuric chloride (II) produces the dichlorotriazine derivative (III) which is further substituted with phenylurea (IV) to yield the compound (V). Reaction of (V) with the arylamines (VI) leads to the formation of the title compounds (VII).
