Abstract
The compound (IIIa) with an intramolecular coordinative Si-O bond is prepared from the chlorosilane (II) and the acetamide (I).

The compound (IIIa) with an intramolecular coordinative Si-O bond is prepared from the chlorosilane (II) and the acetamide (I). Exchange reaction between (IIIa) and the silanes (IVb) - (IVe) gives the analogues (IIIb) - (IIIe).
