Abstract

The disilylated diazaphosphorinanes (III) are synthesized either by silylation of the diazaphosphorinanes (I) or by cyclization of the N,N'-disilyldiamines (V).

The disilylated diazaphosphorinanes (III) are synthesized either by silylation of the diazaphosphorinanes (I) or by cyclization of the N,N'-disilyldiamines (V). (III) reacts with sulfur to give the thioxophosphorinanes (VI).
