Abstract

The oxiranes (I) are coupled with the isocyanates (II) in the presence of the catalyst system (III) to yield the oxazolidinones (IV).

The oxiranes (I) are coupled with the isocyanates (II) in the presence of the catalyst system (III) to yield the oxazolidinones (IV). Other catalyst combinations tested provide lower yields. (IR-, NMR-, MS- data).
