ChemInform Abstract

The correlation between structure and the electric resistivity of electroless Ni- Mo-Palloy films has been investigated. An increasing Mo complex (formed with sodium gluconate before mixing the bath) concentration of the plating bath causes a decrease of the Pcontent and the decomposition rate accompanied by a structural change from amorphous to crystalline. Under as-plated conditions, the correlation between resistivity and M0 content is not clear. However, after heat treatment, the resistivity increases with increasing M0 content.
